Annual Maintenance Contract

We begin with a thorough audit of your AV setup. Every asset is documented and baseline performance is established.

Based on your environment, we design an AMC plan with clear SLAs, preventive schedules, and escalation paths.

Regular site visits are planned in advance to check, clean, and calibrate equipment. This prevents unexpected breakdowns.

AMC clients receive priority handling for support tickets. Issues are escalated automatically to senior engineers if unresolved within SLA.

Critical spares are stocked or procured in advance. This guarantees minimal downtime if a component fails.
